I have bought several course from CoE and found them really good. I've recommended them to loads of people as a good introduction to a topic. I normally just do webbed learning but it is a struggle . However, I decided to pay extra for a printed copy (£29 +postage) for a web design course due to the technical terms and the ease of confusing words due to dyslexia.

I started the course today and made good progress. I got through ten modules and thought I had finished. it's only when I have gone online, I find I've only been sent 10/16 of the modules in printed form.

I called the company twice to see what they could do and have been told they'll get back to me when they can(they wouldn't give me a time frame). I told them I have dyslexia so would struggle to complete the course without the printed materials due to the nature of the course.

They literally don't care. Feel like they've taken my money and not sent me what I've paid for. £29 +£7.50 is ridiculous for printed materials but even more so when you don't get the full lot!

After having to use multiple
Platforms to reach out to CoE, I finally got a response. They updated the course without updating the literature they said which is why I didn’t get the correct course book.
They said they would send the updated material- which has arrived today. They asked me to update my review but I said I wouldn’t do it until I had the new items- which I have now done. The new items arrived very quickly which I appreciate.
While it’s good they have fixed the issue, the way the customer service reps handled the issue wasn’t great.

Maybe in future when changing course content, they should pause sign up the course to prevent this sort of
Thing happening again. Staff training in how to handle complaints would also be good.

Great courses on offer , easy to follow but in-depth, great service with tutor easily contacted. Super happy so far with my learning journey.

Enjoyed the interesting and informative course. Easy to navigate the site and to work through the modules. Love the fact that you instantly receive your grade and feedback on the completion of easch module. Would definitely use Centre of Excellence again to study an online course. Highly recommended.

I totally enjoyed the perfumery course. I learned so much and the fact I could do it at my own pace and under no pressure was exceptionally good for me. The notes was very clear and easy to follow. Just loved everything about it. I just need to use it now. 🤗

I really enjoy Centre of Excellence courses!
They are the best of others I have tried as they are very comprehensive. By the end you know you have learnt plenty. Some other providers are lacking and their courses are too simple. But with Centre of Excellence you get a quality course, worth doing. Also they are great value for money. I recommend them to lots of people. I would recommend them to you too. There is something for everyone. Browse what is on offer and give it a go.

The resources, including the extra £30 Centre of Excellence resource pack I was sent, videos (for the first 4 of 10 modules) and the great price of £29 made my Music Theory Diploma course very accessible, interesting, challenging and yet easy to navigate. I enjoyed the content of each module and found the assessments directly relevant and clearly related to the relevant module topic. There was a useful degree of challenge - not overly easy but also highly suited to helping me achieve a very good grade, especially with some wider reading. I would recommend this Music Theory Diploma for anyone who has been studying Music Theory, especially if they are around a Grade 6-8 standard i.e. A-level or slightly higher.

The Centre of Excellence (CofE) is a transformative, state of the art, online leaning platform which has enabled myself to further add to my CPD in order to meet my learning objectives inline with the business of education whilst working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I have undertaken a number of CofE courses to date, most recently, completed an NLP Master Practitioners course, of which was very informative, and have signed up for additional courses as the CofE offer myself lifetime access, therefore enabling me to study at my own pace. In summary, the CofE is highly recommended if you are looking to study state of the art courses online at your own pace gaining an education experience.

Excellent course. The course was well structured and designed to allow you to get the most out of it. I really enjoyed the course and learned a lot.

I had to pay an additional fee for an addition to my course. The additional "service" was never provided to me, and no one returned emails or phone calls. The customer service is below standard and once you buy a course, you are left to your own devices. Do not waste your money with the Centre of Excellence. It is all a big scam.

Shocking. I’ve never had such an appalling experience. The customer service team are incredibly rude.

Before the pandemic, I chased them up regarding an element of my course. To cut a very long story short, I received an email back calling me aggressive.
Somehow, they had found out about my business relating to young people. They informed me, that they had made a safeguarding report to social services!! Needless to say I never heard from social services, nor the legal team they threatened me with.
To say they hate criticism is an understatement. The courses are a waste of money, with no valuable material and chunks of writing just copied from online. They do not give you accreditation to work in your desired field. The customer service department cannot spell, are horrifically rude, unprofessional and damn right creepy. Something feels very odd, to go to the level of invading someone’s personal life just because I had a query with the course. No credible company would do this.

Save yourself the hassle and choose another provider, or even research your topic online- essentially the same thing with the amount of support you receive.

I’ve recently signed up for a few courses. I like that they are lifetime so it fits in with me and the range of courses available. My husband and friend have signed up for courses on my recommendation.
